Just recently, Harrisons Glass received an enquiry regarding the glazing requirements for an old farmhouse which is a listed building.

The restoration required the traditional glazing of replacement sash windows using putty, 45 degree mitres and painters lines.

And here at Harrisons Glass, we treasure the traditional skills as well as our ability to tackle today’s more complex glazing projects.

Here’s how the finished traditional glazing job turned out!

If you have a traditional glazing project that needs old time craftsmanship, then call us on 028 9024 2879 (available 24/7) or by email here.

Here's a general view of the newly glazed windows ready to leave our workshop - note the traditional mitre which encloses the putty seal.
